The knowledge attained by the sages and yogies of ancient India about the marma point led to the development of this unique treatment method. Thadickal Jai Sankar KJV Kalari having 178 years of heritage and authenticity in the field of Kalari is now being run by the active and efficient Dr. Baiju Varghese Gurukkal, who belongs to the fifth generation. Here ‘Kalari Payattu’ is taught in the traditional way as per the norms and rituals and keeping with the traditions of the Gurukula way of education. Our Kalari is Nalppatheeradi. Today, the Thadickal Jai Sankar KJV Kalari, Centre for Ayurveda & Kalari, has grown into one of the best centres of it’s kind and enjoys an international reputation. Our clientele include people from India and abroad who approach us for rejuvenation of the body and mind as well as for curing disorders of various body systems. More than thousand students from India and other countries have emerged successfully from our Kalari. Some of our European students are running their own Kendras abroad.
